The Multidiode™ OFT 4G is a 980 nm surgical diode laser specially developed for lacrimal surgeries such as dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR). Its wavelength offers excellent oxyhemoglobin and water absorption, alongside deep tissue penetration—essential features for precise and effective lacrimal procedures.

The intuitive touchscreen interface displays real-time data including energy delivered, emission time, number of shots, and remaining treatment time. It provides easy access to previous treatment history and allows customization of preferred parameters for a fully personalized operating mode.

The device supports both continuous and pulsed modes—continuous for quick treatments and pulsed for precise osteotomy with minimal carbonization. It includes two probe sizes (400 µm and 600 µm) and can be upgraded with an integrated irrigation system.
